- 1 cup green snap beans, fresh, chopped into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup cooked lima beans, canned or fresh
- 1/2 cup cooked garbanzo beans, canned or fresh
- 1 cup green peas, fresh or frozen and thawed
- 1/2 medium red onion(s), minced
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp table salt

- Mix beans, peas and onion together in a medium bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients together in a cup and toss with bean mixture. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or up to overnight. Yields about 3/4 heaping cup per serving.
